Custom software for MCA & revenue-based funding teams

Your next submission shouldn't need five handoffs.

From the first lead to renewal review, bring your funding operation into one system built around the way you do business. Automate intake, applications, and bank statement review. Keep your team's rules and approvals in control.

Runs as a mobile app and on desktop. You own it. Host it yourself, or have Infraxio host it.

The Real Problem

The problem isn't another missing dashboard. It's the work between your systems.

An ISO emails a submission. Someone rekeys the application. Statements get downloaded and passed to underwriting. Missing documents trigger another thread. After funding, payment questions and renewals end up somewhere else.

We build a connected workflow, so the same file can move from intake through review and servicing without losing the context your team needs.

Built for Your Operation

Built to fit your funding operation

Automated Lead Intake

Bring direct applications and broker or ISO submissions into a single pipeline. Capture the source, route the file, and flag missing items using your requirements.

Applications Without the Repeat Typing

Collect merchant and ownership information in your application flow. Structure the data for your team's review and carry approved information into the next step. Document extraction and integrations are scoped to your forms and providers.

Bank Statement Review

Automate document intake and transaction organization. Surface cash-flow exceptions, recurring obligations, negative-balance days, and items that need a second look. Configure the review around your underwriting parameters, with human review where it matters.

Plaid or DecisionLogic Connections

Connect authorized bank data to the application and review workflow. Provider, data access, consent flow, and account requirements are scoped with you. Bank connectivity and custom statement analysis are different parts of the build.

Documents, Offers & Handoffs

Tie document generation, signature workflows, and approval stages to the merchant file. Scope integrations such as DocuSign around your document process and authorized users.

Servicing, Payoffs & Renewals

Keep payment history, collections activity, and merchant communications connected. Build merchant self-service for balance access and payoff requests, and route renewal opportunities for review under your rules.

One Operation, Multiple Brands

Manage different brands in one platform, with the right records, workflows, and access for each team. Keep communications and documents associated with the correct merchant and brand.

Mobile App & Desktop

Build for the way the team actually works: a mobile app when they're away from the desk, and a desktop workspace for underwriting and operations. Device support, app delivery, and specific mobile workflows are confirmed in scope.

You Own It

Your system. Your hosting choice.

This is a custom, owned system — not just another login to software you don't control. You can host it yourself or have Infraxio host it.

We agree on the ownership handoff, deployment responsibilities, integrations, and maintenance before the build begins. Third-party services remain subject to their own accounts, licenses, and availability.

Self-Host or Infraxio-Hosted

Choose the deployment model that fits your compliance and operations. Either way, you own the software.

Owned, Not Rented

The agreement defines the software handoff and any third-party components. No per-seat licensing, no vendor lock-in.

Mobile & Desktop

A mobile app for the field and a desktop workspace for underwriting. Device support confirmed in scope.

Your Rules, Your Approvals

Automation assists decisions; it does not replace judgment. Your team stays in control of the funding process.

Our Process

How it works

1

Map the real workflow

We walk through how leads arrive, what a complete file looks like, who reviews it, and what happens after funding.

2

Scope the system

Agree on your stages, underwriting parameters, integrations, roles, mobile workflows, and ownership / hosting setup.

3

Build and test with your team

Validate intake, applications, statement review, and handoffs using appropriate test data before production rollout.

4

Launch and hand over

Train the team, document the workflow, and deploy to the agreed hosting environment. Plan ongoing support and improvements around your operation.

Not One Identical Workflow

Built for funders, lenders, brokers, and ISOs

A direct funder needs different controls from a broker packaging and placing deals. Revenue-based products may also use different data and servicing rules. We tailor the scope to your role, products, and process instead of forcing them into one generic pipeline.

Common Questions

MCA & Revenue-Based Funding Software Questions

Is this off-the-shelf MCA software?

No. Infraxio builds a custom system around the client's funding operation, using relevant existing platform capabilities and new development agreed in scope. The result is owned software tailored to how that lender or funder actually works.

Does the client own the system Infraxio builds?

Yes. The offering described here is an owned custom system. The agreement defines the software handoff and any third-party components or licensing.

Can the client host the system themselves?

Yes. The client chooses self-hosting or Infraxio hosting, with deployment and maintenance responsibilities agreed before launch.

Does the system work on phones and computers?

Yes. Infraxio designs the system to run as a mobile app and on desktop. Device support and the delivery approach are confirmed during scoping.

Can Infraxio connect Plaid or DecisionLogic?

Infraxio can scope those connections for authorized bank data and verification. Availability depends on provider access, approved accounts, the data required, and the integration agreed with the client.

Does AI make underwriting decisions?

No. The client's team sets the rules and approvals. Automation can organize information and flag exceptions; the client's process determines what can move automatically and what needs human review.

Does the client have to replace their current CRM or LOS?

Not necessarily. Infraxio first assesses what should stay, what can connect, and what is better replaced. Any existing-system integration depends on its available interfaces and access.

Can this guarantee compliance or catch every altered statement?

No. Software supports the client's controls but does not guarantee compliance, detect every fraud attempt, or replace legal, compliance, or underwriting review.

How long does a build take?

That depends on the agreed workflow, integrations, migration, and testing. Infraxio sets the delivery plan after discovery — no one-size-fits-all launch promise.
