Sign in with Google, and Our Use of Google User Data
The Infraxio Business Hub application offers “Sign in with Google” so users can access their account without creating a separate password. This section explains exactly what that involves.
What we receive. When you choose to sign in with Google, Google shares your basic profile information with us: your name, email address, profile picture, and Google account identifier. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, or any other Google service, and we cannot read, modify, or delete anything in your Google account.
How we use it. We use this information only to create your account, authenticate you when you sign in, display your name and picture to colleagues inside the application, and contact you about your account. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell or rent it, and we do not use it to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
How we share it. Google user data is not shared with third parties except where strictly necessary to operate the application — for example, our hosting and database providers acting on our instructions — or where required by law, or with your explicit consent.
How long we keep it. We retain this information for as long as your account is active. You can disconnect Infraxio from your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and you can ask us to delete your account and its associated data by emailing hello@infraxio.com. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.
Limited Use. Infraxio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When your information is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it.
