Justin Pennington, Founder of Infraxio

Justin founded Infraxio on a simple conviction: the businesses that win are the ones whose people use technology as part of their craft, not as a burden handed down by IT. He has spent his career on the operator side of that line — running companies, implementing the systems they run on, and living in the results.

That operator background is why Infraxio builds and runs its own software. IFX Hub, Growth7, IFX Bid, and DockOps all started as answers to problems Justin was solving for a real client or for Infraxio itself, and every one of them is in production today. When he tells a client what a system should do, it is because he has already made it do that somewhere else.

Day to day he leads architecture and client strategy for the Infraxio team, stays hands-on in the code alongside them, and holds every engagement to the same standard: the system has to run the business, the client's team has to adopt it, and the numbers have to move.

Justin is based in Ponte Vedra, Florida, where Infraxio keeps a meeting office for client kick-offs and strategy sessions. The rest of the time the work happens remotely — the same cloud-native, location-independent way Infraxio sets up its clients.
