Two Products, One Conversation
IFX Hub is where operations live: clients, tasks, projects, communication, and the record of who is doing what. Growth7 is where growth work happens: leads, audiences, campaigns, social content, and performance reporting.
Connect both to an assistant and you can bring those workflows into the same conversation. For example, ask it to read the status of a launch in Hub, create a follow-up task for the team, and draft the supporting social posts in Growth7. The two systems retain their own records; your assistant coordinates the work between them.
These are examples of instructions you can use once the relevant connections are enabled:
- In IFX Hub: “Create a task for the website launch, assign it to the project coordinator, and make it due Friday.”
- In IFX Hub: “Show me the open tasks for this client and summarize what needs my attention.”
- In Growth7: “Draft a campaign for this audience using the offer we just discussed.”
- In Growth7: “Create draft social posts for this article for our connected accounts.”
- Across both: “Review this week's campaign results in Growth7 and create follow-up tasks in Hub for the next steps.”
Be specific about the client, audience, account, and deadline. Ask the assistant to show you what changed, including a link or record identifier. A useful command ends with a result you can check.
ChatGPT, Claude, Manus, and Grok
The connection layer is Model Context Protocol, or MCP: a standard way for an assistant to discover tools, read authorized information, and perform actions in another application. IFX Hub and Growth7 each provide an MCP endpoint. You connect the workspace you want to use and authorize access.
ChatGPT: On a supported plan and workspace, a custom MCP app can bring Hub and Growth7 actions into your ChatGPT conversation on your computer. You can ask for a summary and then ask ChatGPT to create or update the records behind it. Full write access depends on your plan, app permissions, and workspace settings. Claude: Web connectors make connected tools available across Claude's web, desktop, and mobile experiences. Connect Hub and Growth7 once through the supported connector flow, then use plain-language instructions where that connector is available. Muse, Grok Bot, Dots, and Cue
The next generation of agent platforms makes this more useful by carrying work beyond a single exchange. The connection method varies by platform; a product being agentic does not automatically mean every connector is installed or every action is available.
Muse: Meta's Muse connects with apps and services through connectors. The path into Hub and Growth7 is to configure an authorized workflow against the products' interfaces using the connection methods available in your Muse environment. Explore Muse's capabilities.
Grok Bot: Grok Bot has a persistent cloud computer and supports MCP servers, plugins, and skills. Configure its access to Hub and Growth7, give it a clear job, and it can carry a workflow forward across multiple steps. The official Grok Bot guide explains that setup.
Dots: OpenAI's dots are ongoing agents in ChatGPT, with a cloud computer and connected apps. A dot can carry responsibility between conversations; using Hub and Growth7 requires the relevant authorized app or tool connection in its environment. Cue: For a Cue-based workflow, the important question is which underlying assistant or agent receives your instruction and whether it has authorized access to Hub and Growth7. Where that environment supports the products' MCP or API connection, a spoken or typed request can enter the same business workflow. From Your Phone, Your Computer, or Your Tesla
On your phone: Use a connected assistant such as Claude or Grok to capture the instruction when it occurs to you. After a client meeting, ask it to create a Hub task with the agreed deadline. Ask for a Growth7 campaign summary before the next meeting. Mobile availability depends on the assistant and connection you use; it does not require every platform to have the same mobile features.
At your computer: Keep the ChatGPT window open alongside your work. With the custom apps enabled, you can turn “we should follow up with this audience” into a Growth7 draft and a Hub task in the same conversation. Review the proposed content, then give the next instruction.
From your Tesla: Grok provides a hands-free voice interface in compatible Tesla vehicles. A business-command workflow also needs your connected Grok or agent environment to expose the authorized Hub and Growth7 tools. Once that path is configured and verified for your account and vehicle, an instruction such as “Create a Hub task to follow up on the launch tomorrow” can reach the same business records. Having Grok in the car by itself does not establish that connection. Tesla lists vehicle and connectivity requirements here.
More Productivity, with a Record of the Work
The gain comes from shortening the distance between deciding and doing. A conversation becomes a task. A campaign question becomes an answer from current records. An article becomes draft social content while the idea is still fresh.
Product permissions and approval flows still apply. Growth7's advertising execution, for example, retains its portal confirmation steps; connecting an assistant does not remove them. Start with a small, useful workflow, verify the result, and expand from there.
