The Jacksonville Daily Record has named Mincy Pollock one of its ten 2026 Trailblazer Award winners. He leads business development at Infraxio.
The Daily Record chose this year's class from more than fifty nominees across the Northeast Florida business community. It is only the second year the paper has given the award, which it created to recognize people who stand apart for their skills, creativity, personality, or know-how in business. The Daily Record credits Mincy as owner of The Pollock Group, his marketing, communications, and strategic consulting firm.

He is the relationship builder who opens doors most people cannot find. At Infraxio he leads business development with a focus on government contracts, which means cultivating partnerships, navigating public-sector procurement and the bid process, and connecting us with the people who actually move projects forward.
